Shipping Policy

Dear NiftyPaw Pet Parents,
 
To ensure you and your furry friends receive your favorite pet supplies as soon as possible, NiftyPaw has partnered with top U.S. logistics carriers to provide efficient and reliable delivery services. The following are the details of our shipping policy, clearly explaining delivery methods, timelines, shipping fees and exception handling solutions. 1. Logistics Partners

We have established in-depth cooperation with three major mainstream carriers: United States Postal Service (USPS)United Parcel Service (UPS) and Federal Express (FedEx). The system will automatically match the optimal transportation plan based on your shipping address, package weight/size and delivery time requirements to ensure pet supplies are delivered safely and quickly.

2. Delivery Time and Coverage

(1) Delivery Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: After the order is confirmed and shipped, the delivery time is 7-10 business days (excluding the day of purchase, U.S. statutory holidays and carrier rest days).
  • Order Processing Time: We will complete order preparation and shipping within 1-2 business days after you place and pay for the order. Shipping times will be delayed on holidays.

(2) Coverage

  • U.S. Domestic: Delivery is available to all 50 U.S. states, excluding military bases (APO/FPO) and U.S. overseas territories (such as Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands).
  • International Orders: International shipping services are not currently available. We are actively preparing an overseas logistics network and plan to launch delivery services to regions such as Canada and Europe in the future. The specific launch time will be announced on the official website's announcement bar.

3. Shipping Fees and Order Tracking

(1) Shipping Fee Rules

  • Free Shipping: Orders with a total payment of over $50 enjoy free standard shipping within the U.S., with no hidden fees.
  • Basic Shipping Fee: For orders with a total payment of less than $50, the basic shipping fee will be calculated based on package weight and shipping address (the shipping fee amount will be displayed in real time on the checkout page for your confirmation before payment).

(2) Order Tracking

  • You can click the link to check the logistics status directly. Link address: Order Tracking
  • After the order is shipped, we will send a shipping notification to you via email, including a logistics tracking number and carrier link. You can also log in to your NiftyPaw account directly, click on the corresponding order in the "My Orders" page to obtain a real-time tracking link and check the package delivery progress at any time.
  • If the tracking information is not updated for a long time, you can contact the carrier or our customer service team for verification.

4. Handling of Delivery Delays and Lost Packages

(1) Delivery Delays

If your package is not delivered within 3 days after the estimated delivery date shown by the carrier, you can contact our customer service team via niftypaw@outlook.com. We will verify the logistics status with the carrier within 1 business day and provide you with solutions (such as re-delivery, extended tracking time, etc.).

(2) Lost Packages

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, you can independently choose the following solutions, with related losses borne by NiftyPaw:
 
  1. Re-shipping: We will re-deliver the same pet supplies for free and arrange transportation according to the standard shipping timeline.
  2. Full Refund: The actual payment amount of the order will be refunded to your original payment account. The refund arrival time depends on the payment method (3-7 business days for credit card/PayPal payments, up to 10 business days for bank transfer payments).

5. Other Notes

  1. If your order contains multiple pet supplies, they may be shipped separately due to different inventory locations. We will provide free shipping for all split shipments (when the free shipping condition is met) and notify you in advance via email.
  2. For special categories such as pet food and fragile toys, we use reinforced packaging to ensure transportation safety. If the goods you receive are damaged due to logistics, you can apply for return or exchange with photos of the damage (see NiftyPaw Return Policy for details).
  3. In case of force majeure such as natural disasters, logistics strikes or carrier system failures, the delivery time may be affected. We will promptly announce it on the official website and notify affected users.
