      To ensure a worry-free shopping experience for you and your furry friends, NiftyPaw provides exclusive shipping insurance for every order, protecting your refund rights throughout the process. Below are the detailed terms of our Refund Service. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us via our service email: niftypaw@outlook.com.

Scope of Application

      This Refund Service applies to all pet products sold on the NiftyPaw independent website. Every order is covered by exclusive shipping insurance, providing double protection for your refund rights.

Refund Eligibility

  1. Regular Refunds: You may apply for a refund within 30 days of receiving the product, provided the product is unused and in resellable condition (original packaging intact, all accessories included, no scratches or damage).
  2. Refunds for Quality Issues: For products with manufacturing defects, you can apply for a refund regardless of usage status by providing proof of receipt and photos of the defective product. Relevant after-sales costs will be covered by the order insurance.
  3. Logistics Issue Resolution: If your package is lost or damaged due to logistics reasons, or not delivered within 3 days after the estimated delivery date, you may choose a full refund or product replacement, with related losses covered by the order insurance.

Refund Application Process

  1. Submit Application: Send your refund request to niftypaw@outlook.com, including the order number, reason for refund, and supporting documents (photos of product issues / logistics exception records).
  2. Review and Confirmation: Our team will review your application within 1 business day. Approved applications will receive an official refund confirmation notice via email.
  3. Product Return (if applicable): For refunds requiring product return (e.g., regular refunds for unused products), a courier will pick up the product at the agreed time (you will not be charged any shipping fees, covered by order insurance). For refunds without product return (e.g., lost packages), no return is required.
  4. Refund Processing:
    • For returns requiring product return: We will inspect the returned product on the day of receipt. Once the inspection is passed, we will process the refund immediately and issue it back to your original payment method.
    • For no-return refunds: We will process the refund within 1 business day after the application is approved.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Requests for refunds submitted more than 30 days after product receipt;
  • Undefective but used products, or products with missing packaging/accessories or damage affecting resale;
  • Customized products (e.g., special-sized pet beds, engraved collars), unless there are manufacturing defects;
  • Products damaged due to improper use or incorrect installation;
  • Refund applications without a valid order number or proof of receipt.

Refund Timing and Notes

  • Refund processing times vary by payment method: 3-7 business days for credit card/PayPal payments, and up to 10 business days for bank transfer payments.
  • The full refund amount is the actual payment you made, excluding the portion deducted by discounts or coupons.
  • If your refund application is rejected, we will notify you of the specific reason via email, and you may resubmit the application with supplementary supporting documents.
